I seen a lot of people do tutorials on what they consider to be vintage, which is basically just them giving a photo a green faded look. Except when you think of it theres a lot more to it. Anyways theres a quick way to do this.
Have a pic of you or someone
Have a pic of grunged paper
Put the grunged paper under the pic
Change your pic to multiply (top layer = multiply)
Brightness +20-40, contrast = 10 – the value of the brightness
Add a black and white gradient layer, change the opacity to 50%
N save.

This is the first good, useful vintage effect tutorial. Most tutorials make my image looking too light and give them a weird green color. Thanks!
