Well today I got Kanye West’s And Jay Z’s new collaboration album Watch The Throne, I don’t know if I’m late on this or not since I’ve been listening to a lot of old underground lately, because the mainstream scene right now is sorta ugly fisting some shit single to become a radio and video overnight hit successes to get that ad revenue or iTunes buys. Anyways so disconnected from that scene I see some very high class design for a CD which almost makes me want to go to a record store and get a copy, I ask whats going on here “is this your work?”, and he said nah its the Watch The Throne packaging. (Shouts to JuiceMuny @ Purple CUP Designs). Anyways yea I avoid mainstream but when it comes to Jay Z or Kanye, I’m with it, but a entire album collaboration with both artists it deserves a full listen through track to track no skipping, and no touching the volume, which it got and its dope worth having in your collection/rotation. So go out buy it or iTunes or whatever you do. Anyways continue viewing the rest of the article to check out the album packaging design by Givenchy’s Riccardo Tisci, plus a alternative concept.

Here’s a 8.5×11 (standard printer paper size) Edie Sedgwick stencil, now all you need is a “exacto knife” to cut out the black area, and some spray paint or a roller to fill it in on whatever surface your applying it to, what you do with it is your own business. Enjoy.
Also anyone who feels like applying this to a shirt, go ahead, you don’t need to ask for permission, do what you want.
