Well I had some down time so I decided to do some “vintage pop art”, inspired by African Swim, a free mixtape from Adult Swim dot com that is what I guess a bunch of solo artists from Africa. Well last night I sat down did some logos for fun. I did one logo that was inspired by LA INK, because I was watching it at the time. Another logo inspired by Tech N9ne – Riot Maker, and yet another one inspired by the simple Supra Footwear Crown and stencil text logo. Lately I seen a buncha junk tutorials on changing colors, and thought I would do a correct one. What people were doing wrong was using the brush tool which gives you a poor color change. Instead they shoulda been zoomed in using the pen tool, than changing the color through the adjustments>hue.
